This week was all about balance. Students took time to slow down with mindfulness — practicing deep breathing, meditation, and journaling to manage stress and stay focused.
On the flip side, the energy was high in clubs! The team sharpened their defense and communication, showing serious hustle and teamwork. Step Team wowed us with powerful, in-sync moves as they perfected their new routine.
Coming up Friday: Students will choose two summer clubs to explore — Cooking, Book Club, STEM, or Art. A perfect way to wrap the week with creativity and fun!
