Jackson-Feild Behavioral Health Services, a trauma-informed psychiatric residential treatment Facility located in Jarratt, Virginia, seeks positive role models to work directly with children and young adults ages 11 to 21. The Life Skills Coach is responsible for role-modeling healthy behavior and teaching life skills while implementing trauma-informed treatment practices. This is a full-time position.
Qualified applicants must possess the availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or other Human Services field is preferred, a High School Diploma/GED is required.

Compensation package includes 401(k) retirement plan, Health Savings Account, and employer sponsored health, dental, vision & life insurance. JFBHS pays employees $630.00/month towards their company sponsored Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance. JFBHS also provides a Matching Contribution to employees’ 401(k) Retirement Plan Accounts. Salary Range: $17.00/hr. to $19.00/hr. depending upon qualifications which includes education and experience. $1.00/hr. Shift Differential is paid for week-day evening shift. $1.50/hr. Shift Differential is paid for first and second shifts on Saturday and Sunday. JFBHS also pays time and a half overtime for any hours worked over forty in a work week.
A $1,000.00 Retention Bonus is paid after 12 months of full-time employment.
