Clinical Services Manager

Jackson-Feild Behavioral Health Services, a trauma-informed psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescent girls and boys located 15 minutes north of Emporia, Virginia seeks a Virginia licensed LCSW or LPC to provide oversight and clinical supervision for all Therapists/Case Managers. The Clinical Services Manager ensures the clinical team provides appropriate evidence-based trauma-informed treatment and measures the effectiveness of the treatment provided. The Clinical Services Manager works collaboratively with localities, referring agencies, social workers, and legal guardians to ensure treatment outcomes meet stakeholder expectations. The Clinical Services Manager ensures that all clinical services are provided in compliance with best practice, applicable laws, regulations, JFBHS’s policies and procedures, Medicaid requirements, The Council on Accreditation, and The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services regulations. Population served includes adolescent girls and boys with complex developmental trauma, co-occurring mental illness, and substance abuse issues.

Two years’ experience supervising clinical personnel in a residential setting preferred. Must have the ability to obtain a Medicaid provider number.
